We have used Nolan Build Ltd many times. On this occasion Jason and his son K rendered the side of our house and fitted soffit boards. Once again they done a excellent job, professional as always.

Repair of building following storm damage.

Jason quoted me a reasonable price for the cavity tray installation work . He was the builder for my garage conversion work which he did a fantastic job. It was no-brainier to decide the builder when a need for a cavity tray installation came up. He’s efficient, prompt and a lovely man to work with. I highly recommend him for any building related job.

I have known Jason for over 15 years. In that time he's renovated 2 large office spaces for me, gutted and extended an 18th century cottage and, most recently, gutted and extended my home in central Winchester- which included large dormer window loft conversion and ground floor kitchen extension.
