first the positive. Resolved issues (mostly, eventually) negative - poor installs, took 12-14 months to resolve some issues. Caused a leak in my rubber roof from a screw placed in the bottom corner of patio door holding water in the profile. Excusable accident. Whats not excusable is going back on your promise to pay for trades to resolve - cladding removal and patch of rubber roof. About 1% of the cost of windows! Lied to by a Director of the company. Denied it caused the leak. Funnily enough no leak since repair!... worry about what I haven't noticed.

We recently had the above replaced by Nolan Upvc, 20 years after their initial installation. I'm happy to report that the product's quality remains excellent and offers great value for money compared to other quotes we received. The company provided professional service and gave practical experienced advice throughout. Delivery was prompt and efficient, and the installation was done to a high standard.The fitters ensured minimal disruption and left no mess after the installation. We highly recommend Nolan Upvc for their exceptional service we recieved.
