Good communication. Asked if we could wait till tomorrow. Arrived at 9am and completed efficient repair.

This company is brilliant - honest and trustworthy. I had an unfortunate incident - couldn't open my front door - the lock/handle was completely jammed. Someone came out within a few hours and opened the door! No callout charge! Confirmed what issue was, showed me the problem and priced (quite fairly) for new part. He adjusted mechanism and lock, but clearly stated a new part needed urgently. Upon return he took his time to make sure the issue was resolved. He gave me time to try the door for myself. If you have any issues with doors I highly recommend this honest company.

The man was brilliant. He got the keys out of the lock that were in it on the inside and then had the door open in no time at all. I would recommend him without any hesitation. Would call him again but hope I do not have to!!!!!!!!!

Andy helpfully sorted out a broken locking mechanism on my patio door. He was able to identify the problem and solve within a short period.

Very pleased with this company, within an hour of phoning they had arrived. Very polite, helpful and friendly , explained each step as they went. A new lock was needed and some adjustments to the door itself and my door is now working 100% better than before and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
