A good company to deal with
Everyone I dealt with at NDP was charming and pleasant. NDP investigated and addressed a problem with damp in my utility room. As the issue was not run of the mill, NDP sent two people (Daniel & Harvey) to assess the issue before deciding on a treatment programme. Toby & Jack spent two days addressing all possible causes and, at this stage, it seems the works have successfully addressed the problem. I contacted NDP about a couple of things afterwards and Lydia was very helpful and efficient and sent Ryan to assess and address the issues at the earliest opportunity.Verified reviewerJob location: EN5RJosie B10 Mould Control

Great experience from Nordic. Starting with the survey from Dan, through the project liaison with Lydia and Erin, through to the professional completion of the job from Ryan. Would recommend Nordic!!Verified reviewerJob location: W510 Damp Proofer

Nordic - when you want a job well done!
From the first telephone conversation, through to the end of the project, the quality and professionalism of the company stood out. Site visits were undertaken before the work began, and after the work was completed, to ensure the highest level of customer service. The team which carried out the work, was courteous, reliable and hard working at all times. The team comprised Blane and his apprentice son Louis. Blane’s skill level is excellent and the finished job demonstrates this. Louis worked hard and is now capable of carrying out most aspects of the work. A job well done. Penetrating Damp & Condensation Treatment
We'd tried a few companies to assess our damp and condensation problems but Nordic really stood out. A very thorough survey was carried out by Jason, a few days later a quote was sent and accepted and a very detailed Scope of Work issued. The work was completed quickly and efficiently by Stephen and other Nordic staff, any issues we had were swiftly addressed and professionally handled, our thanks to Jack and Lydia for their constant availability and communication.Verified reviewerJob location: CF479 Woodworm Treatment
