Work itself very good, as I can tell. Communication poor though.

Cormac from Nordic preservations came to visit the house. He was excellent! He really know all about damp courses and quickly spotted where the damp was coming from and the issues with the damp course and was able to quote for remedial works. He was really good and really informative. Deserves a massive pay rise and promotion!!

great job done of removing mould

On the 1st April I had Cormac come over to give our room a survey. On this day he gave a very thorough explanation of the types of removal and prevention they could use to help us out. Cormac was incredibly professional in the time he was at our home, and after the survey I felt I had a good idea of what was going to be done. On the 9th Lenon came over to undertake the work in the bathroom. He was just as clear and concise about what was to happen, and just as professional. Just over an hour later, the work was done - and I was incredibly pleased with the results and work of the two of them.
