  Unprofessional and unreliable

  Came round to quote for moving a boiler and then silence. The quote was never sent over despite several phone calls, and verbal promises that it would be sent on several occasions. After a week or two we waited but still nothing and then phone calls and messages went unanswered. When we finally did get a response we have been informed he is no longer working for himself but for a company now and cant do the work. Shame you couldnt have just been upfront straight away and not strung us along waiting for the quote. Very unprofessional and a real shame as in person seemed lovely and knowledgable.

  Replacement oil fired boiler installed

  James responded quickly to my initial enquiry and called round the next day to look at the job. His quote was with us the same day. This was an emergency replacement and James was able to fit us in almost immediately. The boiler was delivered exactly when we were told it would be. James completed a very professional job and worked hard to get the job done in one day. He explained thoroughly how the new boiler worked , and left our kitchen tidy. We are very pleased with the work James did for us, at a very competitive price and would have no problem recommending Norfolk and Suffolk Services.

  Repairing our Oil Boiler and carrying out a full service.

  James was the first of many tradespeople who I contacted to help fix our boiler. James was incredibly friendly, explained all the issues and work he was doing in detail and very reasonably priced considering how quickly he came out to help. Have already recommended to friends and family.

  I would definitely recommend these guys. He came out yesterday ( the day we phoned ) to fix our boiler and he was very kind and friendly and after a week trying to find someone to come out I was so grateful for the service I received.

  James was our absolute hero…. Such a great guy and so very very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him… we moved into a new Property and it has no heating or hot water and some lights not working….. James fixed it all and saved our day. Would highly recommend him and will definitely be using James again without doubt.

  Replacement of gravity fed heating system with a combi-boiler

  Cannot fault the work. And the work ethic. Went above and beyond following our call for help when a hot water cylinder had failed. Sourced a replacment boiler, got it at the lowest price,. Shuffled his jobs around and got it commisioned, and ensured we were never left without hot water.
