The company is very reliable and dependable. If there are any changes in times (which is rare) they are good at keeping me informed. The staff are friendly, professional, polite and efficient. This service overall is excellent.

Excellent service, we have had a few companies work for us, some are ridiculously expensive, and some are dirt cheap with poor service including missing cleans. We were recommended Norfolk Cleaners and so delighted with them, they offer great service and good value. Nick really listens when we have any concerns and eliminates our woes, we don’t even think about it anymore it runs seamlessly. Highly recommend

Norfolk cleaners are reliable and trustworthy, cleaning to a very high standard with an excellent eye for detail and presentation of our holiday cottage and they are generous with their time and help when needed ! Emails and messages are always promptly answered and subject matter dealt with accordingly.
