Had a very good experience with this company. Had nine windows and front door replaced. Work was completed on time after receiving a very good quote. Made a big difference to the house both inside and out. Using the company again to replace remaining windows and back door.

Just had NES fit a new door and fascias. A good job at a good price by good tradesmen. Happy to use a local family firm.

Excellent service from start to finish. Everybody i dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. I had Damo add a personnel door to the side of my garage and he did an excellent job. Professional and efficient and left it spotless when they were done, couldnt ask for more. Would highly recommend.

From my initial contact with the office to enquire about getting a quote for works based on my surveyor’s report, through the planning process, the actual works themselves and the completion of the initial projects, Norfolk Exterior Solutions have provided excellent work, communications and project management. They have never promised but not delivered. I have great confidence in the advice and care that I’ve received. I’m impressed by the team working within the company and with their partners involved in the extensive roofing and other exterior works that they have recently completed.

Our experience was brilliant from start to finish, there was no hard sales tactic at all, they were easy to contact and quick to respond, as well as ensuring we were kept up to date throughout the process. The installation itself went smoothly with them being with us an entire week to fit 8 windows and 4 doors, including knocking out a wall for some patio doors to be fitted and the workmanship is amazing, we are really pleased with how everything looks considering how particular we are.
