Broken and missing roof tiles replaced very quickly and efficiently

We recently used Norgrove Roofing for a dry ridge and dry verge installation at our property in Kidderminster and were thoroughly impressed with the service provided. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish . Came on time, worked very hard and completely transformed the roof . Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Very friendly, professional and reliable throughout. You can tell he takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail. Norgrove Roofing got in touch very quickly after the job was posted on Checkatrade. They came over the next day, did a thorough inspection and gave a quotation. Once agreed, the work was started very quickly. Cleanup was thorough.

Excellent service from start to finish. Responded quickly to my job posting and came out promptly. Fixed the loose dry verge caps on both sides of the roof in around 10 minutes and clearly knew what he was doing. Very professional, friendly and honest. Also gave me lots of useful advice about the roof and general maintenance without trying to upsell unnecessary work. Really happy with the work done and would definitely recommend. Thanks again!
