the job was originally for just dry ridge installation and guttering. it was found that the roof needed re-felting and new tiles. Once the work was started it became more apparent that this extra work really was necessary. Norgrove did a fantastic job and on time inspite of being messed around by skip delivery, wrong and broken tile delivery. I was kept fully informed throughout and updated at every stage. The whole team were polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend Pearce and his team for their efficiency and attention to completing an excellent job.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I contacted them about a damaged ridge tile, and they came out quickly, sorted the repair, and also cleaned all the moss from the roof. They were really friendly, polite, and easy to deal with, turned up when they said they would, and the price was very fair. They left everything spotless afterwards too, which I really appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and will happily recommend them to family and friends

I couldn't be happier with the work! Norgrove Roofing came out promptly to replace a damaged ridge tile and also cleared the moss from my roof and guttering. great communication from the beginning from Pearce. came to give quote and explained what needed doing. communication was very good throughout the job - sent me photos and video of completed job and tidied all areas. would recommend
