  Highly Professional and Trust-worthy

  The first meeting with Mark was brilliant - everything I'd hoped to find in a local renovation business and its owner. Knowledgeable, polite, - but above all else; integrity. Completely transparent with recommendations, options, and costings. His team were brilliant too - and helped delivery a much-needed facelift to a house with a hodge-podge of different (cheap) bricks, drainage issues, and legacy problems. Full rendering, drainage solutions, new guttering, and exterior fixes. Can't recommend any more highly - will absolutely be using again.

  Excellent service

  Mark Norman has caried out multiple jobs for me to an excellent standard. He is always rapid to provide an itemised quote and provides a very good rate. Highly recommend for any works large or small.

  Very impressed by service provided

  We were very impressed by Marks prompt site visit and subsequent detailed & very competitive quote, provided within 48 hours of visit. Marks ideas and time taken to explain all aspects during his visit for this single storey extension were extremely helpful . His quote set out clearly all aspects of the build, including provision of a portaloo during works ! Marks thoughtfulness, easy temperament and his availability for dates in question (& be present to project manage throughout), was very assuring.

  Extension to our house

  Mark was extremely well organised. He from the start made very helpful suggestions. He liaised with both architects and planning. His men were completely trustworthy and punctual always leaving the site very tidy. Overall we’d highly recommended his company.

  Single storey side extension

  We’re very pleased with the side extension completed by Mark and his team. From the start, Mark was very helpful and supportive. Work began and finished in just over 3 months, which demonstrates just how well organised and managed the project was. Throughout, Mark was professional, approachable, and always happy to answer any questions. The build progressed smoothly from stage to stage and was completed to a high standard. His team of skilled tradespeople were excellent - courteous, hardworking, trustworthy and considerate. Overall, we’re delighted with the result and would highly recommend.

  Two-Storey Extension to existing house

  Highly recommended. Mark quoted to build us a 2-storey side extension to an existing house. He provided a fixed price quote, which we accepted. All work was carried out on time and on budget. We were provided with regular updates. Quality of the work was excellent. Where third-parties were contracted, such as for landscaping, Mark was able to arrange quotes upon request and project managed those contractors superbly. Any unexpected complications, as there always are with any building work, were always flagged quickly, well-communicated, with suggested solutions and our decisions well executed.
