Field mice!
Paul was absolutely amazing, he was professional and went out of his way to attend and help quickly after I noticed mice in the kitchen. Checking for vermin in the loft
Following a survey flagging a potential issue Paul visited the property, confirmed done of the apparent activity was historic, laid traps, revisited, and was able to confirm all activity was historic. To treat a rat infestation in a rented property
This sole trader did not mention that he was just about to go on a months holiday before starting a course of treatments to remove a rat infestation in the loft space of 3 rented town houses. The first 2 visits removed some of the rats but a week later the tenants reported further rustling noises. Unfortunately this pest controller said he could not come out for a month and did not respond to a request to recommend an alternative pest controller. Clearly the rats could not be left to multiply for a month so a new company had to be brought in. He should have mention the extended trip.Verified reviewerJob location: GU2
