    Fantastic service and prices

    Great company have used them for 6 years Jane in admin very helpful and the guys who come polite and helpful I cant praise them enough for their service recently in my daughters flat as she was worried about no hot water. They did a fix and ordered new parts Wish i lived in Newcastle!

    Timer and diverter valve fix

    I discovered a couple of problems with my elderly father's central heating, in that the timer was not responding to setting buttons and the central heating was switching on with the hot water, over-riding the thermostat - which is not what you need in the summer! Jonathan turned up on time and quickly diagnosed the problems, replacing the timer and the diverter valve in the same morning. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

    Boiler had lost pressure.

    Jonathan was recommended to us by a mutual friend and my trust in the recommendation paid off as he is an absolute professional yet trustworthy gentleman. He was quick to identify the fault and fixed it in no time at all. He also gave us some handy care tips for the future too ! This is a family owned & run business that I would highly recommend to anyone for any of his services.

    Boiler service and repair

    Been using these guys for years. Carried out several services and a few repairs when needed. Great communication, very professional. Always turn up on time and always sort any issues out. Very knowledgeable and reliable. Highly recommend.

    Friendly and reliable from start to finish

    After a leaking boiler we were able to get in contact with North East Boiler Repair immediately. They came out a day later for initial inspection and quote - they were reliable, friendly, and clear when explaining the issue and the costs involved. We were then able to book a suitable time for us for the fix and the engineers turned up promptly and were quick and thorough. I'm quite happy staying with them for annual servicing and any future fixes. Thanks

    Excellent work carried out by Jonathan and Daniel. Prompt, effecient, very professional. Neat and tidy installation of new boiler and smart thermostat. Provided exceptional support to the setting up of the smart thermostat. Competitive price for work. Very highly recommend the company.
