  Really pleased with the final results of our project with Graham and his team. We’ve worked on a number of jobs over the last few years with North East Buildings and Renovation and each time we’ve been impressed with their work! Communication with Graham has been great from the very beginning and we feel we’ve had excellent value for the time and work his team have put in.   We’ve worked with Graham and his team on a number of big projects over the last few years and have always been really pleased with the end result. Communication from the beginning has been great and the team has been able to navigate around set backs outside their control really well, they did an excellent job of keeping the project going and finishing earlier than expected. We highly recommend Graham and his team, they’ve done a fantastic job for us and we shall be going back to them for any future planned works!

  I couldn’t be happier with the work carried out. It was a relatively small job that was turned down or over priced by other companies. North East building gave an honest affordable quote. They completed the work in the estimated timeframe, were extremely professional and tidy (which was a hard task as they were grinding through solid brick walls). It was quality work from start to end. I would definitely use them for any future building work.

  I employed the firm to remove a wall between two rooms after obtaining a quote from them and another builder. I was provided with two quotes. The first quote in case the wall required supporting steelwork and a second, cheaper quote if the wall turned out to be not supporting and thus not requiring steelwork. It turned out that the wall was not supporting. I was pleasantly surprised at conclusion of the works when the builder told me that as the job was not as involved as first thought he had recalculated the final cost to £400 less than originally quoted. Firm comes highly recommended from me.
