Excellent service and incredibly friendly! I was concerned about my bathroom wall and possible damp penetration, and Andy went out of his way to stop by my house after I was home from work, so that he could look at my wall. The free survey was excellent and really financially helpful, and Andy couldn't have been more friendly and informative when telling me about the issues. I can highly recommend their service based on the experience I had.

The work was carried out without me having to wait long and everything was clearly explained before hand. The job was completed as agreed. Andy was really helpful and I would recommend him.

Fast response to our phone call, visited property same day, provided free initial survey, very impressed with his explanation, gave full explanation of work needed and price was very competitive. He came out to give me a free damp report and also give me a price which. I just need to sort a few things and then will get work done from him as he seemed to know the issue and was priced well

Andy called out today and inspected the timbers in our basement and reassured us that all was well. There was no cost for the call out.
