This is fifth repeat service visit I have received from this company. As you will realise I am more than happy with the work standards displayed.

John arrived to do a scheduled gas boiler service & Landlord Safety Certificate but found the boiler was not working. The tenant told him there had been an overnight power cut, on investigation he found a breaker had tripped. That was reset and the job completed swiftly and cleanly as usual. This intervention saved the landlord an additional call out & the tenant got a prompt restoration of the boiler. All parties happy with the outcome.

Great job by very efficient team. I was contacted immediately and offered a good price for a service the following week. I was rung 40 mins prior to arrival as requested and job was done well, with clear explanation of what had been done and what everything meant. Would definitely recommend!

We have been landlords for about 25 years and have always looked after our tenant's safety & comfort. For at least 15 years North Hampshire Services have conducted routine servicing of gas heating and safety certification as well as the occasional breakdown. With incoming legislation on compliance we are reassured that North Hampshire Services have our backs, especially with their reminders to ensure dates are maintained. As always, a recent service & certification was done to our satisfaction.
