We were very happy with the work and the entire service from Paul at North Heath Floors. He visited and gave product advice, measured up and arranged samples to help with our choice. The work was carried out with minimum inconvenience to us, we left Paul with a key while we were away and everything was completed and clean and tidy on return. The cost was exactly as expected. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Paul highly enough. He was so flexible around my requirements and was very helpful when choosing the right carpet. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and the pride he took in providing an excellent finish and service.

I can highly recommend Paul for carpet fitting (I had supplied my own carpet). Paul was professional, polite and very accommodating (happily did a last minute change of day for me and charged original price quoted despite some extra work being involved). Price very competitive. Paul was very helpful with samples and suggestions prior to choosing the type and colour we wanted, he started and finished the job in the time scale he gave us, he was very polite and nothing seemed to be a problem, in fact he went the extra mile whenever we needed something, we will be using him again for the downstairs rooms.
