Removal of walls and and chimney breast
Josh came on time, always punctual. Had a few unexpected surpises with the demolition work but josh arranged for everything to be sorted. Tidied up at the end.

Boarding, plastering 4 ceilings and landing. Also, changing lights to spots in those areas and shelvin
The work that was done was good - I am happy with it all. However, a small amount of extra electrical work was done. Josh spoilt a good job overall by trying to overcharge (my opinion) for the extras. Installing one spot and deciding to have 4 chrome switches instead of plastic ones should not have come to an extra £200 - Josh never did provide the so called extras bill from the electrician.

Kitchen redone, living room floor replaced, plastering some walls + bathrooms ceilings
Josh and his team have been working in my home for several months. I needed a great deal of work done in the kitchen, living room, bathroom ceilings + replacing all the doors. They were great. The quality of the work was excellent. They were respectful of my home and of all of us living there. They were punctual and the communication was always great. I strongly recommend them for any work needed in the house. Everybody they subcontracted (i.E. Electricians, plumbers etc) were always very courteous and did a great job. I am very happy.

Build stud walls with a 45 degree angle and doors in an office
Very smart job, excellent finish. Communication was great throughout and the team were timely and professional. Walls are sturdy and have added nicely to the office. Would recommend and will use again when required.

Kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting, skirting and plastering.
The lads gave me a quote, a time frame and adhered to it. We went and bought the material needed and they got to work straight away. Bathroom tiles have been finished to a high standard and the kitchen integrated appliances have been fitted. The ceiling was re-plastered and skimmed by Jamie due to damages from the prior builder but it has now been painted and looks immaculate. Overall, very happy with the work that has been done. The house looks amazing and finally feels like a home. The lads were very honest and transparent and i’d highly recommend them Thank you Josh, Ryan and Jamie.
