‘First Service Free’ offer has never been honoured
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Oliver’s business any more. His team completed work for us one year ago and we were happy with the work at the time, even allowing him to use our system for his annual inspection as a favour. Our system renovation cost £7k and included our ‘first service free’. For the last month, Oliver has been saying he would do the service, then on multiple occasions he has not turned up, now he has stopped messaging/replying entirely. We have given him opportunity to explain whether there are underlying issues and he has simply ignored us. Boiler servicing/repair
Avoid. I paid £588 for North Plumbing to fix a leaking cylinder. The leak wasn’t fixed, the old part was left on my doorstep, and I was then told I needed a full boiler and cylinder replacement. A second contractor found the original faulty valve hadn’t even been replaced and fixed everything in under an hour. I was left without hot water before Christmas and promised a refund that never came.
