  Had my flat roof done by Sheldon and wot a loverly job done nothing was to much hassle when asked Hes realy nice polite man and his work colleagues were very polite and helpful would highly recommend this company 100%, and will be getting my soffits done by him very soon

  Reliable, reasonable, punctual & honest

  Really quick from phone call to completion. Friendly, professional and thorough. Could have taken me to town on extra works but he said most of the stuff doesn't need doing (which is what my survey said) so very honest. Reasonable price. I'm gonna save this chaps details for sure.

  Reliable & trust-worthy

  Very proficient, experienced company with great communication skills and an eye for detail. Took genuine pride in doing the job ‘right’ and made sure the options were fully explained with a cost estimate for each option. For example explained the pros & cons of replacing/repairing my ridge tiles with the dry ridge system. Although the later was a fair bit more expensive, it definitely seemed to offer the better long-term value. So nice to come across a reliable trust-worthy roofing company and would certainly recommend using them.

  Prompt roof repair

  From initial contact with Sheldon, everything was straightforward. I received a prompt site visit followed by a detailed estimate. On acceptance, an approximate timeline was agreed and Sheldon was in touch again to confirm the exact start/completion date. Communication was excellent at all times. Every aspect of the job was seamless; any snags that were encountered were highlighted as work progressed and dealt with. The standard of workmanship was first class. Sheldon was thorough and professional from start to finish. If you value these qualities, I’d recommend using Sheldon at Northpoint.
