After having a problem with water seepage under a drive I contacted NSYS who arrived the next day to provide a quotation. After viewing the water problem NSYS provide a quote the same day to renew the old alkathene water service with a modern mdpe service. A date was agreed and the team arrived at and assessed the job requirements. A team of 3 carried out the work and used mole trenching under the drive which reduced the amount disturbance to the drive . The team were really good , explained what was happening and left the job in a tidy manner. Would recommend this family run firm.

Look no further than north staffs utility services should you require any regards burst mains and utility services. Communication excellent from Rob and Wendy. Rob was out super fast and found our mains water leak, Brian and Dan out super fast to do a top repair. Can’t recommend them enough!

Both visits took place as booked. Bob came to do the survey and eliminated the leak by turning off the faulty tap. A further visit was arranged for the excavation and replacement of the old tap with a modern accessible replacement. Two operatives duly appeared on the morning of the agreed date. The job was completed promptly and we are left with a very tidy site and accessible below ground regulation style stop tap.

Rob came out to see me very quickly and he located the leak and then the job was booked in by Wendy. Brian and Daniel came out and dug out the pipe, repaired it and then filled back in with concrete and cleaned up and left everything as they found it. Many thanks to the whole team for doing such a good job.
