I am unsure as to why you would leave a poor review 5 months after the job was carried out. We carried out the work 3 and a half weeks after order, you seemed happy with the work and paid promptly. You have said communication was poor but I have read back over the email trail and have seen that I responded to any queries you had within a few hours. You did not raise any concerns throughout and we have heard nothing since the work was completed but suddenly out of the blue 5 months later leave a poor review, something that we have never had in all our years with Checkatrade.
