Miguel arrived the same morning as I phoned and solved my problem with the boiler. His service is always very efficient, friendly and good value.

Having moved to a new house and discovering an unexpected leak from our en suite bathroom upstairs Miguel delivered a first class service and resolved everything in double quick time. Turning up when promised, explaining the issues and solutions, and then carrying them out to a high standard. We are confident we have found a competent and trustworthy plumber with Northstar and will no doubt be back

A few months ago Miguel serviced our boiler and did a very good job at a reasonable price. Today I rang him to ask for his help as decorators had removed a large radiator and my boiler was making noises and flashing lights. As I was at home alone, my husband in hospital, and decorating team gone home, I was panicking ,so rang northstar for advice. Miguel talked me through what needed to be done and was extremely patient with me. I would heartily recommend him in any plumbing needs

I have used this company many times. Today was to carry out my annual service on my boiler. I am very pleased as always. Very knowledgeable and professional carried out the work without any hassle. And even explained to me that it was important to update my service book. So after him being patient, I managed to find the manual and he completed a service entry.
