The gentleman was a little late but explained fully he arrived and it was beyond his control, an accident on the M53. He was polite, friendly, informative, organised, got on with the job. Left the kitchen as he found it. I have now found myself a reliable electrician over who I have no worries about using again. Before the job they viewed it explained when they would come evening before confirmed they were coming and what time. I was also happy with the price.

I waited in all day for the quote to be done, noone turned up. As I have a long term illness this was difficult, I had to miss my bedrest which I need every afternoon due to my energy problems. Not pleased at all, I won't be phoning them again. I understand life gets busy, but it's unprofessional not to get back to someone waiting.
