Fridge freezer repair request
Not sure if the person who contacted me was a scam, they responded quickly but was informed I needed to pay on the phone ahead of booking in, I wasn’t very comfortable so asked to do a bank transfer instead and asked if I would get a contract- but then no one responded. Extractor fan motor repair
6 weeks for a simple replacement part. 1. Part delayed. 2 Engineer turned up but with no part as he was not told there was a part. 3. After waiting over the 3 hour time slot, contacted NWAS, to be told 2 vans had broken down and they had forgot to tell me engineer would not call. 4 Part arrived damaged. 5 Finally fitted, but took over 2 hours as engineer said wrongly wiredVerified reviewerJob location: OL8
