  Replacement key fob for Land Rover Freelander 2

  North West Auto Locksmith came, they were very quick to respond (replied at 5am when I made the enquiry). They came to my house a couple of days after the enquiry and got the job done in about 20 minutes. I had a replacement key fob and had the key cut as well. Had a small issue later that day where the new key wouldn't unlock or lock the car. Contacted them again and they came out within a couple of days to sort it. Communication is good. The key works. Reasonably priced.

  Very satisfied customer. From posting original job request, I received a phone call within 15 minutes to discuss. A convenient time was arranged for the next day, and a very competitive price agreed on. I was kept fully informed at all times on the day, with a text to estimate an arrival time, then a phone call to confirm this. The job was carried out quickly and efficiently, and completed as requested within around 20 minutes. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this service, and would not hesitate to use again if required.

  2 Locks to be repaired

  I had an instant reply to my request and they came out the same day. I the 1st lock was more to do with the handle, this was made safe so the room could still be used till the parts were ordered. The 2nd lock is someone else's mess, thankfully he is happy to sort this out, again waiting for parts. A recent message says the parts are in and a day and time has been set for his return. Looking forward to 2 full functioning doors, finally. Over all fantastic service and good communication.
