I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Soran. He put my mind at ease over a scary problem, explained the fix clearly and was able to complete the work the same day. The work was arranged incredibly promptly, and came in at a reasonable price and the service was well worth what we paid. Would definitely recommend.

Issue was identified very quickly and resolved immediately. Options where clearly laid out to improve current fuse box system to avoid further damage to our home. New installation was also very quick and effective.

Last week we had an issue with the electricity in our home. All power had gone off at about 10pm. I contacted Rob who offered to come out straight away. As we had support from our family I asked him to leave it until the following day. After checking that we weren't in any great difficulty, he agreed. He arrived with some of his team, checked everything and found a serious fault with the consumer unit. He explained everything to us and said the unit needed replacing URGENTLY! Rob did this with great professionalism. Would we recommend him? ABSOLUTELY! 100% WHAT A GUY, WHAT A TEAM.
