Job location: CH66Terry has been amazing such a nice guy nothing was to much trouble come out straight away to tell me what was wrong with my old boiler advise me what was needed gave me a quote for the work to the old boiler and a new boiler very understanding and was very genuine guy. We've had issues with our boiler and central heating since we moved in the house earlier this year. After getting quotes to sort the heating in different ways Terry got to bottom of the issue much quicker and gave us a quote to sort it. He came around quickly to give us a quote then him and Clark came a week later to install the boiler. While here they installed a new kitchen tap, which was sourced and installed for far less than we had been quoted by others. Job location: L20The gas engineer turned up on time, informed me of what he was going to do, checked gas meter then caped off gas to the cooker, made it safe very clean and tidy worker! when he removed the gas cooker he even cleaned up mess that been there for , lets say a while in them hard reach places. Was given recite and a gas safety certificate with his registration, a very professional friendly guy, would recommend and use Northwest Gas Services in the future, for any Gas/plumbing needs100% reliable 10/10
