Ryan and his team repointed the full property to a high spec.It was an end terrace property Accrington Red Brick. I praise their promptness, clear communication, efficient work, and a tidy workspace. Ryan takes pride in his work, pays attention to detail, the lads did a fab job matching mortar to existing brickwork, and the overall transformation of the property. They restored my faith in humanity after a previous tradesman left the property in a mess.

I would highly recommend North West Pointing. We had an overwhelming great experience from start to finish. Ryan is professional, incredibly talented and a genuine honest tradesman. He fully explained the process, and we never felt pressured at any point. He communicate throughout completing the work and sent many pictures, along with doing a few extra bits we wanted.
