  Reliable roofer, great communication and quality work

  Really pleased with the work carried out. William was communicative and reassuring throughout, explaining options clearly and making great suggestions — the new fascia looks fantastic thanks to their advice. Part way through the initial fix during a storm, I noticed some signs of water, but they came straight back out to check it over, which showed how reliable and committed they are to making sure the job’s done properly. They’ve stuck to all deadlines and worked really efficiently and quickly. Would happily recommend.

  Refit dry verge caps, seal and point lead work fit, air admittance valve for soil pipe

  Booked to refit dry verge caps, came around same day for a quote, then came a few days later all work completed to a high standard. They also noticed missing air admittance valve and problematic lead work that needed refitting, which they showed me and agreed additional work which was great to get sorted. Would recommend

  Roof Repairs (Spray foam removal, roof reinstatement, chimney repointing)

  I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We were in danger of losing the sale of my late fathers house, with spray foam identified in the loft. The company surveyed the roof, and provided an itemised quote for foam removal and roof replacement within a couple of days. The work was started within a week and completed within a matter of days, to a really high standard. I do not live locally, but the company provided daily updates on progress, by phone, WhatsApp and pictures. I had full confidence in them from start to finish, and couldn't be happier with the work done for me.

  Fixing a leak in the roof

  I have had an intermittent roof leak for some time. Tried several roofers - none responded. North West Roofers responded the same day I put the request in and came out next day and fixed the leak. It has rained several times since then and stayed dry. I will only be certain once we have a winter storm!
