Replace damaged tiles
Came when they said they would (which is always a bonus) and fixed the issue quickly. Pleasant to deal with too.
Replace / renew a three-sided roof above a bathroom in an extenson building in a ground floor flat.
A few honister slates had fallen off an old roof. Wind and rain threatened! William's team worked solidly for two days, staying late on day one. William explained each stage to me. He really knows his craft, is vastly experienced and honest. His workers make an excellent team. They successfully retained nearly all the honister slates, correctly replacing them. They double felted and triple batonned the roof and cemented the ridges and the edges. I highly recommend William and his team to anyone needing their roof repared or replaced. An excellent job and a highly satisfied customer.
Roof repair
Very pleased with the work carried out. Came when they said they would b here repair done to a high standard would highly recommend.
Remove tiles, replace felt, re-tile with broken tiles replaced.
Paid a premium for a very quick response and completion. Had cheaper quotes but not prepared to wait months for the job to be done.
Roof Repair
North West Roofline visited and assessed the work needed. They were able to repair the roof very quickly. The clearly have many years experience in the trade and completed the job and left everything tidy.
Re-seating ridge tiles, flashing repairs, stack cementing repairs
Knowledgeable tradesmen who were able to complete the survey and job on the same day. Honest on assessment of repairs needed and very clear on price. More expensive than anticipated but satisfied with the work carried out. Three months on and after a storm and severe winter, repair is still holding.
