After discovering blocked drain on my Brother's property in Middlewich, called Richard on the 31st May and he visited the same day, despite his best efforts the blockage could not be resolved as it was identified that the blockage appeared to be outside the property boundaries. Richard rec calling out United Utilities. They visited on 03rd June but did not identify any issues. Richard re-visited and with neighbours permissions he finally resolved the issue. I was impressed by his expediency, courtesy and thorough approach to resolving the issue. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Yes he arrived on time. It took a while to unblock the drain ,he ended up having to use a power jet which did the job. Very happy with the service, would happily recommend him.

Telephoned Tuesday evening attended the following afternoon. Unblocked 2 drains and diagnosed the problem.

Called Richard Jones yesterday to take a look at drainage issue. Prompt reply and booked for next day. Contacted prior to coming which was reassuring when using tradesman for first time. Inspected drains in driveway, identifying problem and within 25 mins had solved issue leaving us reassured. Pleasant and practical and did job without hesitation. Would highly recommend.
