I have used Nortons Heating before for maintenance/repairs, they have always been polite and helpful, and I have always been happy with their service. On this occasion I had a new boiler fitted, and they generally appeared to do a good job despite the challenge of getting the old boiler out. I'm disappointed that a number of items appeared to get broken along the way (light fittings, boiler clock) - I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but it's an unnecessary stress I didn't need. However, he did a good job of putting my door frame back together.

We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment, however after speaking to the engineer who attended he has advised that the time clock was brittle due to age and advised a new time clock.
