Clean, tidy, polite and knowledgeable

Rob is a genuinely decent man, who arrived exactly at the time he said he would. He cleaned and serviced both of our Hitachi AC units, checking all the readings were as they should be both on hot and cold output. He also checked drainage and electrical parts were all working and in good condition. Rob is very pleasant and trustworthy and we will definitely be using him for our annual service. ??

I am a complete novice when it comes to air conditioning so I was so grateful that Rob was such a professional. He remained respectful and informative throughout and completed the job to a high level and in the time frame specified. Would highly recommend to friends and work colleagues!
