Incredibly rude and inconsiderate. Parked partially blocking a driveway to 3 houses, despite there being plenty of space to park nearby. When asked to move, made derogatory and offensive comments. Do not use this company.

My Dad had used this company for his garage door repair so they came recommended already. I called up yesterday and this morning he has already attended and fixed the door. Super efficient and the door works better than it did before it broke. Wish I got it done sooner. Reliable and reasonably priced for service provided. Have already recommended to another family member.

Electric roller door wouldn't open and was making a horrendous metal clanging noise - the manual crank handle wouldn't turn either. Mr Mastromarino responded very quickly to come and look. He returned later the same day with his assistant and repaired the door, which had come off all of its brackets - he supplied one of tje brackets which was beyond repair. They worked well despite the rain and got it working. The fee was appropriate given the prompt response. Work covered by 1 year parts & labour warranty. Very happy with the service provided.

Came on time as promised; advised and carried out the work straightaway.

Quick to respond and turned up when they said they would. Explained clearly what they needed to do. Fair price and very helpful as needed to move stuff in garage to allow space for the work to be carried out. Would highly recommend.

I phoned up on Monday morning as one of the cables had just snapped on my garage door. They arrived at 0830 the next morning, precisely the time they said they would and carried out the repair for me. They were brilliant from start to finish and there was no "up selling" I can't fault them at all
