    Isolated problem, fixed by swapping door control unit

    Arrived at arranged time. Smart, polite and very helpful. Isolated the problem quickly - provided a quote - which I accepted - for a replacement control unit - which he had available. He then fitted the replacement, made sure it was fully functional, provided new key fobs and trained us in using them. Payment taken (£330) and a receipt provided with a 5 year guarantee.     Roller garage door fitting

    The company representative from the garage door company who came to see us was brilliant! The appointment was set for very soon after the initial contact and he was able to give us advice as well as answer all our questions. He explained everything thoroughly and left us with enough information to make the decision to go ahead with the installation. As soon as the product arrived with the company, we had a phone call to arrive fitting. This was set for a few days later. The fitters arrived nice and early on the day, and finished in good time. They were efficient, tidy and did a very good job.

    Garage door fix

    Andy came round after having our garage door cables needing fixing after opening it when we bought the house and it was lop-sided... Andy was super efficient, on time and work was carried out quickly and a reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend! Thank you so much!

    Issue with door fob failing

    After a superb installation in March our key fob failed in June - poor and slow response to emails / calls - fitters finally came out on the 19th July took faulty fob, have chased up new fob but still waiting on 30th July - frustrating after great installation that customer service is poor
