I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. The service was outstanding right from the initial telephone call, and I was given an appointment almost immediately. James, the gas engineer, was efficient, professional, and genuinely pleasant throughout his visit. I often feel anxious when something goes wrong with the heating, but James’s calm and reassuring manner made the whole situation so much easier. Their quick response and supportive approach were a real godsend. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend them.

From start to finish an excellent experience. A really pleasant ladie organised viewing and quote within one day. Really nice guy came out and gave me a quote to supply and fit our new boiler. On day of installation the engineer turned up on time, was a really nice young man and did a excellent professional job. 100% recommend this company for a fast, friendly and reliable service.

The communication from the admin staff was excellent and the work was done effectively. However the fitter was rude and abrupt. Maybe because I am a single woman. He did the job but talked down to me and used bad language. I would recommend for doing the job well if you can put up with rude behaviour.

Engineer arrived on time and was efficient and personable. Job completed withthe minimum of fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

The whole process was effortless, from booking the appointnent to job completion. The engineer arrived within the alloted timeframe and carried out the job in a professional, courteous and personable manner. All-in-all, I had a very positive experience with this company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I need any other gas related work to be carried out.

Recommended by Viesmann, I contacted Nottingham Gas Ltd to fit a new boiler. The service I received was excellent from start to finish. The fitter turned up on time and got straight on with removing and fitting the New System. An extremely neat fitment and tidied up on completion, with a demonstration as to how it all worked. The price was fair and I was issued with all the relevant paperwork to cover the 10 year Warranty.
