Quoted me £49 over the phone and then asked for £199 just to wrap some electrical tape around a wire. Took him 2 minutes. Said they’d be half an hour but took 3 hours to arrive I wouldn’t ever call them again. must be making at least a grand a day by overcharging.

Quoted £50 over the phone only to be charged £149 ... to fit an electric cooker ... 3 wires ... took a few minutes. Other than that the work was done and the workman was polite.
