James contacted me promptly and arrived at my property on time and as agreed. He quickly identified the problem and rectified.

I required my alarm system serviced as it had developed a fault. The original installer simply wouldn’t respond to requests - perhaps he viewed the job to be too small, an issue for all of us! Nova responded instantly to my request through check a trade. He turned up at the agreed time for the first and subsequent visit. An excellent experience. I’d highly recommend.
