From first meeting Sam, we knew he was running a professional outfit. There was complete transparency from quotation to handover. The management of the build has seamless and communication was great throughout. The finish was better than expected and the onsite team (Chris and Seb) were friendly and considerate. Novo did not provide the cheapest quotation for our project but we trusted and felt comfortable with Sam and the team from the start!
