We had a new loft hatch, loft ladder, better lighting, top-up insulation and raised boarding fitted throughout the loft. Johan and his team provided an excellent service from start to finish. All communication was clear. The team were punctual, tidy and hard-working. It was a hot day but the job was completed efficiently and to a high standard. We are very pleased with the results.

This company was fantastic from initial contact through to job completion. I met Johan during his survey visit and he gave me his professional recommendation and a quote, that included raising, insulating and boarding the loft floor, removing 2 old water tanks, and replacing the light fixture and loft hatch. I am extremely pleased with the work Johan and his team completed and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a similar job completed. The team were professional, friendly and effective in communicating and carrying out the job.

It was a domestic crisis! A water leak in the loft. But the plumbers wouldn't venture into the loft without boarding. I put out some urgent requests for boarding. Novo Lofts replied immediately. Johan visited the next morning to survey and quote. Jackson did the work two days later. Boarding installed. Plumbers recalled. Leak fixed. Much relief! Very grateful for the fast and efficient response from Novo Lofts. Will happily use them again, crisis or not.

Pierre and Johan did a great job insulating and boarding our loft. They were unfailingly friendly, efficient, professional, and well-priced - I can't recommend them highly enough.
