Novo looked at our Bridge Club roof and gave us sensible advice although not able to do the job themselves.

Efficient, friendly & professional, Highly Recommended. From initial contact, receiving the quote and completion of work, all carried out very promptly, to a very high standard. Despite being a very hot day, Johan & Pierre, worked quickly, and completed new insulation in our two lofts, part boarding, and removal of an old water tank. Everything was left neat and tidy, and even hoovered our stair carpet. Can not praise them enough for such excellent work/

The two lads from Novo Lofts showed up, to insulate and board up our loft, right on time and put in a good day and a half's graft, turning out a brilliant job. They did everything we asked, chipped in with some great ideas, and got it all done quickly and efficiently. They kept the place spotless, were really friendly, and even took away all the rubbish—helped us get rid of some old stuff from the previous builder too.
