This was a very fast, efficient and friendly service. Lock was fixed in under one hour from phone call to completion. Lock was inspected, cleaned and replacement part fitted very quickly and efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend Now 24 Hour Locksmiths.

Robert was easy to get in touch with and we arranged a suitable time for him to come out to gain entry to the locked external cupboard. Robert then installed a new locking system at the same visit and all very professional. Just sorry I couldn't have stopped the rain during your work Robert! Called Robert about our front door lock. He came and changed this a couple of hours later. He was extremely knowledgeable and competitively priced. Would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Robert answered my phone call immediately and was with me within 45 mins, after finishing another job. He was a polite calm gent and quickly realised that that the French doors were no longer aligned and quickly remedied the problem after explaining and showing me the issue. I wouldn`t hesitate in recommending him.

Amazing company! Robert was incredibly quick to contact me. I put out the issue on Checkatrade quite late in the evening and assumed it would take a little while, but maybe less than half an hour later recieved a call from Robert where he said that if we weren't safe, he was willing to come out immediately! Thankfully we were safe, and he was able to come out the next morning. He's very clearly an expert and professional, and got the issue identified and fixed very quickly. Also, my housemates mentioned he was the nicest tradesperson we've ever had at the house!

Robert turned out in the evening to my mothers house after one of her carers had a problem with the lock on her front door. Can’t thank him enough for his prompt service. Lock fixed in less than 30 minutes and carers can now get safe access. Excellent service
