A very impressive service at a very reasonable price
Rob was an excellent choice for our project. We felt reassured that we had made the right choice from his initial visit. The plans were produced as promised and minor alterations made following very useful discussions. Rob handled the planning application process and kept us informed at all stages. The plans were rejected on very weak grounds. We trusted Rob with writing the appeal statement. Rear Extension
From initial discussions Rob understood out requirements and produced a 3D drawings with a video flyover. Our rear Extension, utility and kitchen upgrade were just what we wanted. Rob was most helpful in assisting us in submitting plans, helping find a Builder and seeing the build through to the final completion. A Smooth and Professional Design Experience
Now Architecture delivered a truly helpful and professional approach to the design of our annex project. Their 3D CAD design clearly showed the finish we could achieve and allowed us to adjust the plans until we found the preferred design. Extension plans
Rob and his team have been very helpful all the way through our property extension plan. The 3d images were amazing and gave us a clear view of what it would look like. They also provide a building regs plan, which shows the builder everything they need for the job. Rob also helped us to chase up the council for the initial planning permission. Planning considered from the startGood design and a sensible planning approach go hand in hand. We consider your property, its surroundings and the relevant planning requirements as the design develops, explaining the opportunities and constraints along the way.
We can advise on the appropriate application route, including whether permitted development rights may apply to your particular property. Our work also includes listed buildings and conservation-area projects, with specialist planning consultants involved where needed.
A clear approach to each stageOur services cover measured surveys, architectural design, planning and lawful development certificate applications, and Building Regulations drawings. Keeping the design and technical work with one practice provides continuity as your project develops.
The scope and fees for each stage are agreed before that work begins, so you understand what is included and what comes next.
Alongside extensions, loft conversions and new homes, we also undertake garage conversions, annexes, garden buildings, changes of use and commercial projects.
