Fabulous company, friendly and helpful
This company was fabulous. Called me back immediately, after my initial website enquiry. Pricing structure was clearly explained, so no nasty surprises. I needed a slow running outside drain, jet washed. Richard came out the same day and got the job done within the hour. Unfortunately the free cctv survey showed that my drains are old and I am going to need them relined, but Richard gave me a written quote on the spot. So from initial query to jet washed, free flowing drains, in one day. Unblocked drain.
Daniel was quick to respond & could even have done the job on a Sunday for a little extra money. He was near to time arranged. The job was accomplished & explained clearly to me. The camera evidence was helpful & I decided to get him to undertake remedial work to the dropped pipe.
