Full window replacement - triple glazing
The Noyce Windows team have just completed the replacement of all windows in our four-bedroom house. As this is the first major window replacement project that we have undertaken in over 25 years, we were naturally anxious about the outcome, but have been delighted with the approach from start to finish. Ben and the team were friendly and professional throughout, and we are extremely pleased with the quality of work done and the improvements, both aesthetic and practical, to our home. New Bay Window installation- Brilliant!
I contacted Ben to ask for a quote to replace our bay window, he arranged a date and time to measure the bay window to which he arrived on time and was very professional. I recieved the quote within 24 hrs which was very reasonable. Once the quote was accepted a date was agreed to which he contacted me prior to double check the date was still OK. Full house, 18 windows and 2 doors
Ben and team were excellent from start to finish. Everything you'd expect from a professionalism, punctuality and politeness perspective, but also very communicative, tidy, hardworking and very keen that we scrutinised everything they did so that we were completely happy with the entire job. A minor residual issue was dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. I would fully recommend Noyce Windows and would not hesitate to contact them again if I ever need anything else.
