full bathroom refit
We had a full bathroom refit, right down to the floor boards, electrics and piping. We were delighted with the job Paul, Nick and the team did on our bathroom. Paul came round and gave us a quote which was reasonable (compared to others we had received) and was very transparent about what was included. He showed us the options we had to choose from within that price and everything was lovely and very good quality. The team was super friendly and professional, cleaning up after themselves every day which I really appreciated. We had some damage that was discovered from a previous long standing leak in the house which needed fixing, Paul was fair with the additional cost and work that needed to be done and sorted it all out for us. Top work from NPC
NPC Installations fitted our kitchen we had ordered separately from Better Kitchens. Would highly recommend them if you've never done a kitchen project before. They were super professional and clinical with their work. They were so helpful when stress levels were peaking and they chatted through solutions when the house pushed back with nothing being straight or level. They even saved the day when we had sloppy work done from another contractor. Paul came to the house to quote and was very helpful when trying to figure out how to fit a new bathroom downstairs. He was very polite and knowledgeable and oversaw the project. He was easy to contact with queries and helped me pick the right products.
