Testing a faulty immersion heater and replacing the thermostat and digital timer with analogue one
Our immersion heater suddenly stopped working and although we also have a gas boiler and water heater, wanted a backup and for use in warm weather. As it wasn't urgent, there was a slight delay after fault traced, but Nicky always reachable and helpful. Particularly pleased with neat replacement of old digital timer in tiled kitchen. Felt cost reasonable for work and parts.

Electrical installation and EICR electrical safety certificate
The work was completed extremely efficiently, promptly, professionally and economically. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others. Nicky managed to get the job done in a very limited timescale with the least inconvenience and for a fraction of of the cost of comparable quotes. We are forever grateful!

Bathroom lighting and extractor fan replaced

Nuisance Tripping
We called NP Electrics because our power kept tripping. Despite trying a number of solutions and looking on google we were unable to reset the trip switch and so had no power. We got through to Nicky at NP and he was patient and understanding of our issue and the urgency to fix it, and was able to visit on the same day. We vacated our home upon Nicky's arrival to observe social distancing and we were delighted that 35 minutes later he called to say we could return to the property. Since his visit everything has worked perfectly and we would gladly recommend NP Electrics to others.
