Steve was very helpful. He came out promptly and assessed the issue making sure that I was fully informed as to what the problem was and what he could do and when. He was polite, courteous and efficient. I felt his price was very fair and I would recommend him and his colleague.

Steve did an excellent job on replacing the soil pipe as well as adjusting the flush. Was really friendly, would highly recommend!

Steve came promptly, isolated the bathroom water so the leak stopped and arranged to return the following afternoon to sort out sealing off the bathroom so we could use our hot water system again. At all times he communicated what he was doing and came when he said. He and his partner then completed investing the leak and fixed it on the Thursday. Prices were reasonable too.
