Following a request for the job Naim called and arranged a review of the old boiler, after that a cost was sent for review, the cost was reasonable On the day Naim attended the property and was very professional and polite, the boiler was installed and a power flashing was done I would recommend Naim as he knew what he was talking about and took care of the blocked sink for no extra cost

Naim installed a new boiler in my house on a very short notice. He triaged a leak in my old boiler late on a Saturday night and was even ready to come in on a Sunday. His work was great - clean and quick. I highly recommend Naim and his services.

Naim of Ontrack Plumbing and Heating replaced the Gas Valve on my Valliant Ecotec plus 418 boiler (where I supplied the replacement valve, as SGN had identified a gas leak in my boiler, with the Gas Valve being the very likely culprit.). Communication from Niam prior to the job being performed was good, work was efficiently carried out, and finished with a check that the leak was not longer there. Very happy with the work performed by Ontrack Plumbing and Heating.

Had a leaky pipe over the bank holidays and it was just a matter of time that it could cause a severe damage if it had burst if I weren't home. I sent a WhatsApp message with some photos and was then promptly given a quote and date. No messing around. Withing a few days, he's around my place got straight to dealing with my plight and leak and everything is now bone dry, no more moping up leaks day by day. This plumber knows his stuff and I can see he's got years of experience in his field. Job well done and would highly recommend. A+++++++++++

Great boiler engineer, very reliable!

Great service from start to finish by Naim. The gas pipe replacement was carried out efficiently, the work was clean and tidy, and communication was excellent throughout. Would definitely recommend.
