Naim converted our conventional heating system to a new Vaillant Combi ecoTech Plus boiler and did an exceptional job. His communication from the outset was quick efficient and he was happy to answer any questions I had in relation to the works. We were also very happy that he was able to fit us in at short notice as our cold and hot water tank were in a very bad state. Highly recommended and competitive pricing.

On track plumbing and heating did, all the plumbing work in our bathroom, we are very happy with the work, they explained to us every detail of the work, very clean and tidy

Naim came out and repeared my boiler with a 1st visit he made and explained us through out the process. He was very polite and friendly .very clean and tidy. I will use his again and I will recommend him to friends and family.

Uploaded an image of the boiler displaying the pressure and the fact there there is a valve missing. Naim arrived without the valve and said he’d come back “next time” to add the valve. Issue is fixed short term. Boiler service was apparently done and I was charged for this on the invoice but there is no documentation in the log book which invalidates my warranty. Communication after that has been non existent when offering Naim to come back and complete the log book/ provide a certificate.

Following a request for the job Naim called and arranged a review of the old boiler, after that a cost was sent for review, the cost was reasonable On the day Naim attended the property and was very professional and polite, the boiler was installed and a power flashing was done I would recommend Naim as he knew what he was talking about and took care of the blocked sink for no extra cost

Naim installed a new boiler in my house on a very short notice. He triaged a leak in my old boiler late on a Saturday night and was even ready to come in on a Sunday. His work was great - clean and quick. I highly recommend Naim and his services.
