Messed around for 4½ mnths didn’t keep in touch didn’t check what his ‘team’ where doing. Back and front garden are destroyed as messy, unprofessional working with no regard for our home! To speed up Neil paid some brick layers who where quick bad weather delayed this but they didn’t come on good days Neil never checked and he didn’t know if they where here or not. 4½ mnths later we were told that they didn’t have enough money for to finish the build – what have they done with our money??? Neil has not made any contact! Left with 3 half built walls that are poorly built

All works were completed in a professional manner. Friendly service at reasonable cost.

NS Developments (NS Develop) did an excellent job in removing the wall between our old kitchen and lounge. We were really worried about the potential disruption but they handled it really well and kept the downstairs very clean. We were so impressed we got them to plaster and fit the new kitchen. They worked with their own certified electrician and communicated with the local building control as well. We definitely recommend Neil and his team. Sam from Warrington
