Mr Smith has assured us that the roof won't leak anymore and said if for any reason it does in the same spot he will come back and fix for free. I have every confidence in him and his work. He was polite, efficient and quoted a fair price for the work.

Work that was done was excellent. However, never received a invoice

Wasn't there when job was done as a rental property, at first everything looked ok, now water damage over the last 8 months,as roof leaked as no stop end was put on end return gutter, and lead flashing has a gap around which was not checked either so water went inside bedroom. Gutters were screwed to low at one end so back filled with water and ran down wall.Down pipe was not in line with drain hole,and brackets were the wrong size. Not a gutter person so wasn't aware work was so bad. Not getting any response from company tried for months, company looks as if gone bust so guarantee worthless.

Removed all old guttering and down pipes, replaced with new. Very, very impressed with all aspects of the works carried out and would recommend to anyone. Would contact him again for future works.

Nelson was very good and done additional small jobs for the same price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to other people. I will be using him again when the need arises.
